Cindy Tonkin provides a premium service built on 38 years of corporate change leadership. Every engagement is executed with the highest level of care, precision, and professional discretion. Because Life Admin Sydney provides professional services and expertise, we do not offer refunds for “change of mind” once work has commenced or hours have been exhausted.
The Service Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our architectural and administrative work. If a specific task or deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon brief established during your Priority Briefing, Cindy will rectify the issue at no additional cost, provided you notify us within 48 hours of the task completion.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Your time is valuable, and so is Cindy’s. To maintain a seamless schedule for all referral clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any booked sessions or on-site domestic continuity shifts.
- Notice given more than 24 hours in advance: No fee applies; the session will be rescheduled at the next available opportunity.
- Notice given less than 24 hours in advance: The full scheduled fee or 1 hour of retainer time (whichever is greater) will be charged to account for the reserved capacity.
Product-Specific Terms
- The Strategic Reset (10-hour Starter Pack): The 10-hour block is valid for six months from the date of purchase. Should you choose to terminate the engagement before the 10 hours are exhausted, the remaining balance is non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual within your immediate network, subject to Cindy’s approval.
- The Personal COO Retainer: Retainer hours do not “roll over” month-to-month unless explicitly agreed in writing. This ensures Cindy can maintain appropriate capacity for all clients.
- Priority Logistics: Ad-hoc hours are billed as used. Once a task is completed (e.g., a car service drop-off or a post office run), the fee is non-refundable.
Expenses and Third-Party Costs Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., postage, car service fees, or domestic trade costs) are your responsibility. Life Admin Sydney does not provide refunds for the services of third-party vendors.
